I\'m a marketing and strategy leader who has spent two decades building and scaling brands, teams, and businesses in competitive global markets. The throughline across Amazon, KAYAK, Sage, the NBA, and Yanolja: helping ambitious organizations turn marketing into a real engine of growth.Over my career I\'ve founded new marketing practices from scratch (AWS Travel & Hospitality, AWS Sports, Yanolja\'s first global CMO function), led marketing organizations of 100+ across 14 industries, and partnered with executive teams to deliver outcomes that show up in the P&L: double-digit sales growth, doubling revenue, reaching profitability. The work has spanned B2C and B2B, tech and travel, sports and consumer brands, public companies and venture-backed scale-ups.What I\'ve learned along the way is that the best marketing leadership is also commercial leadership. It depends on knowing how the business actually makes money, combining creative judgment with analytical rigor, and building the kind of teams that can carry strategy through the complexity of how large organizations actually work. After two decades of doing this across very different companies, that\'s the work I find most interesting, and the work I do best.
