I build products for people — always have. What drives me is solving complex problems with clarity, and designing systems that work beautifully at scale.I’m currently Head of Product Strategy at Wikimedia Deutschland, where I co-lead a team of 8 to shape the long-term direction of open knowledge platforms like Wikidata and Wikibase. I work across teams to align product strategy with public impact — turning complexity into direction, and strategy into action.Our work sits at the intersection of open source, public infrastructure, and global collaboration — supporting communities, institutions, and developers who believe in free knowledge for all. It’s a space where product thinking must be deeply collaborative, multilingual, and driven by values as much as metrics to measure impact.Previously, I was Head of Product at AssessFirst, a high-growth HR-tech SaaS platform. Over nearly 4 years, I built and led a 10-person product org, defined the product vision, implemented a strong data and discovery culture, and helped drive 23% annual company growth, managing and building a product visited by 55K new users/month, in 16 languages, and with 24 integrations. I bring an entrepreneurial mindset, deep product craft, and a strategic lens — shaped by years launching products, leading teams, and working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. I hold a double law degree (Sorbonne + King’s College London) and a Master’s from HEC Paris (Digital Major).I’m always open to connecting around product leadership, advisory roles, speaking opportunities, or coaching PMs and founders — especially where strategy, systems thinking, and purpose-driven work meet.
