On a daily basis, I pilot HR Development projects in a collective intelligence dynamic-Support the evolution of the professions and of the organization by being close to the needs in the field and using a business development perspective -Define and roll-out the HR policy in consistency with the company’s values, activity and potential for development-Improve the internal ways of working and management trends to increase the employees’ motivation (based on HappyIndex® / AtWork results, in partnership with ChooseMyCompany). As an Executive Coach, I support and accompany individuals with various challenges, such as-Professional Project: planning a career switch, assessing skills, dealing with motivation loss-Management: new to position, team management, change management-Behaviors: managing conflict, stress and time, increasing self-confidence-Project Management: framing and monitoring the project, mobilizing the teams, adapting one’s posture and communication strategy.

I have 15 years’ experience in HR Operational Functions, HR Development and Leading Transformation in various sectors such as the pharmaceutical industry, FMCGs, or else ecommerce. I have learnt about the power and creativity that emerge from the collective force, along with the necessity to share a vision and common values to develop oneself and overcome any crisis.
