Over the course of my 20+ years with American Express, I have held multiple positions with assignments in New Accounts Customer Service, Internal Control, Vendor Management and Banking Compliance. Among my most recent accomplishments: I have led the strategy and execution for a robust oversight program for Direct Bank Vendors; and, I have developed and managed an array of Banking Compliance Monitoring processes. I hold a Bachelor\'s Degree in Communications from the University of Utah, a JD Degree from Brigham Young University Law School and a Master\'s of Situational Leadership from Argosy University. I am passionate about being a leader that recognizes the needs of the people and the business. Evidence of that is how I proposed a project and obtained approval to design and deliver a successful annual leadership plan for Banking Operations that proved to be one of the kind in surpassing the expected results. I constantly strive to build a strong reputation for always putting the Customers and Colleagues first. And most importantly, I do this all with the integrity and commitment to be the best leader that I can be.
