Plus, the ability to work with a veteran agent, who is regularly hired to teach Realtors and Builder Representatives the skills needed to succeed for their clients, is a great opportunity as I build my business. The partnership allows us to work with clients in a wide range of areas, as I specialize in the north end of the Columbus suburbs up to Mansfield, including Delaware, Knox, Richland, Morrow and Crawford Counties where Tim specializes in the Columbus area, with particular expertise in Westerville, Lewis Center, Delaware County, Dublin and the Center City markets including German Village, Victorian Village, Olde Towne East, the Short North and more.Our goal is not to be the biggest top producing agents. instead we want to work with buyers and sellers who want the highest quality representation complete with the highest ethical standards.
