Solange is one of two Co-Directors leading Health in Partnership (formerly Human Impact Partners), an organization that seeks to bring the power of public health to campaigns and movements for a just society. HIP works with community organizations, government agencies, and others to re-conceptualize how health and health equity are understood and to conduct research and advocacy on economic security, criminal justice, urban development, and other issues that drive health inequities. HIP also builds the capacity of government agencies and staff to more meaningfully advance racial and health equity through policy, systems, and narrative transformation.• Fundraise and manage $4.6M+ annual budget to advance our mission and the strategic direction of the organization. • Manage and oversee all aspects of finance and administration, fundraising, communications, and programmatic work. • Manage a team of 14 to implement programmatic research, advocacy, and capacity-building work of the organization.• Ensure programmatic excellence and consistent quality and humility in all our work.• Recruit, develop, support, and retain high-performance staff. • Develop, maintain, and support a strong Board of Directors to provide strategic guidance. Develop funder relationships and revenue to support and expand programmatic work.• Conduct programmatic work including managing research projects, providing training and technical assistance, and leading advocacy efforts.
