ABOUT SOLANGE ATTWOOD

Over the course of my career in TV distribution I have had the chance to work in variety of different capacities. Those roles have allowed me to hone my skills in strategic thinking and planning; attention to detail, particularly in the area of financial analysis; and to develop a strong leadership style while recognizing the critical important of a culture of teamwork. Key to effective leadership is the ability to communicate at a superior level. My effectiveness as a communicator has been demonstrated by having launched an independent business within my current organization. As a result of my progressively responsible experience, I am not a stranger to the importance of financial management and analysis. Whether it is identifying potential cash-flow issues or picking up missing information or asking the right questions, it is certainly a skill that serves me well in this complex and challenging position.
