Hired by a nonprofit LGBTQ advocacy organization to revamp HR policies and practices to better align with regulatory requirements; quickly progressed through multiple senior roles leading HR, operations, and finance. Implemented and enforced policies and procedures, brought workers’ compensation and retirement plans back into compliance, and restructured performance management processes. Overhauled the onboarding process and established an HR and onboarding team recognized by trainees for exceptional performance.
