   Working in Phase II Sterile Manufacturing department as an Aseptic manufacturing technician. Performed various steps in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products in an aseptic clean room cGMP environment. Aseptically assemble machinery for production of various drugs in addition to performing product changeover between different product runs.Performed set-up, operation and monitoring equipment. Collect samples, test sample, calibration scale. Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected and solved the problem.Write and review batch record documentation, filling batch record documentation. Performed finished product review of batch records to ensure that all line clearance, weighing sheets, room & equipment labeling/ status indicators, etc. are present. Weighing and documenting yield for all products after completion. Labeling all product containers and reject materials appropriately.Operate autoclave to prepare/ sterilize parts and supplies as needed. Performed specific visual inspections based on clearly outlined checks and specification for the finished product.Operated vial wash machine and depyrogenation tunnel, vial filling lines, operate, set-up and brake down PFS (Pre Filled syringe) machine.
