ABOUT SULEIMAN
As a Measurement Analyst at Calgary West Central Primary Care Network (CWC PCN), I support the evaluation and improvement of primary care services and programs. I collect and analyze data from various sources, create dashboards and infographics using Power BI and Tableau, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. I also collaborate with the research team to design and implement studies, surveys, and protocols. I have over four years of experience in program evaluation and data analysis, working with international development and public health organizations in Africa and North America. I have led and supported projects funded by USAID, Global Fund, and CDC/PEPFAR, using agile and traditional project management approaches. I have developed and implemented knowledge mobilization strategies, continuous quality improvement plans, and evaluation frameworks and reports. I have used various tools and software, such as SPSS, Python, R, MS Excel, and Visio, to conduct statistical analysis and process optimization. I hold a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Health Policy and Management from University of Ibadan, and I have completed post-graduate certifications from University of Washington and Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. My goal is to leverage my skills and expertise in data analysis and visualization, program evaluation, and health policy and management to inform and improve health outcomes and systems. I am passionate about using data to drive evidence-based decision making and to generate demand for data among diverse stakeholders. I am also motivated by learning new technologies and methods to enhance my professional development and to contribute to the field of public health.
