Sol Zlotchenko is a Chief Product & Technology Officer, FinTech investor, and builder of institutional digital asset infrastructure with 25+ years of experience across capital markets, fintech, porfoio and trading technology. As CPTO at Versifi, he leads the development of next-generation crypto market infrastructure spanning portfolio financing, margin and risk systems, and institutional trading platforms. His work focuses on enabling capital efficiency and seamless execution across fragmented global markets, bridging traditional prime brokerage models with the realities of digital assets. Sol brings deep, hands-on experience across the full fintech stack—from market structure and financial engineering to system architecture, product strategy, and global engineering leadership. He has designed and scaled complex platforms at the core of trading, financing, and data workflows, with particular expertise in real-time risk and margin engines, multi-venue execution, and cloud-native systems. In addition to his product and technology leadership, Sol has operated as an algorithmic trading portfolio manager, developing and deploying systematic strategies and execution frameworks across asset classes.
