Photo and Video Creative Director on leadership team of multi-disciplinary internal creative agency (Greenhouse), managing a cross functional in-house photo and video production team responsible for end-to-end content creation of photography, video, and animation.Partnered with Brand Operations & Project Management to create photo and video capabilities documents, and established production workflows and SLA’s on tiered photo, video, and animation deliverables for integrated and non-integrated campaigns.Refined photo and video release forms in partnership with legal team to institute new release form process, implemented new vendor onboarding procedure with procurement, and developed new Sharepoint photo and video request form operation, which resulted in decreased studio administrative work, mitigated risk, and increased value of recorded assets.Supported development of cross-functional skills of in-house team, expanding photography, retouching, and video editing to audio mastering, videography, post-production color, and animation, created technical efficiencies in production and a reduction in the amount of outsourcing needed for post-production work. Socialized new photo and video capabilities across enterprise marketing which led to completion of 398 photo projects, 331 retouching projects, and 75 video projects in 2022, a 163% increase in photo and retouching and 300% increase in highest-tier video requests, demonstrated a higher utilization rate of in-house resources, and delivered seven figure cost savings vs. traditional methods of outsourcing production.
