Flipping new hires in iCIMS to ensure accurate onboarding records.• Onboarding & Offboarding - Coordinating meet & greet sessions, new hire orientations, I-9 creation/verification in LawLogix, termination approvals, exit interviews, exit logistics, and payroll notifications for new hires and leavers.• HR Operations: Supported the HR Help Desk using the MyHR Tool (Oracle) by processing manager and position changes, return from leave, leave of absence, and maternity leave requests; handling flexible/temporary remote work requests; and calculating one-time payments (e.g, on-call and hybrid work allowance).• I-9 Compliance Project: Reviewed I-9s for over employees; pulled and archived inactive records; prepared non-compliant files and marked them as ready for purging; recorded all inactive I-9s in a detailed Excel compliance report.• HR Documentation: Drafting and updating process documentation for On-Call policy, Leave of Absence, Return from Leave, and I-9 procedures.• Global HR Coordination: Responsible for the Americas (U.S, Canada, Chile, Brazil, Mexico, Peru, Argentina), collecting and validating long-term absence data.• Crafted and finalized internal announcement on employee departure, ensuring clear guidance to staff and seamless HR support through MyHR Help Desk.• International HR Records: Maintaining employee records for Brazil by uploading legal documents and employment agreements; ensuring compliance with local requirements.
