About Sohyun Lee

I started my journey in a startup environment, diving into market research and strategy to understand industries, users, and business opportunities. For nearly two years, I focused on defining how our product should position itself in the market and where it could create the most impact.As our product vision matured, I transitioned into an AI/LLM-focused product management role, where I led end-to-end delivery of new features—from scoping and defining user flows to coordinating cross-functional execution and driving rapid post-launch iterations. In this phase, I worked closely with engineering and design to shape AI interaction experiences, iterate on prompts and workflows for reliability, and translate ambiguous ideas into shippable product outcomes.Most recently, I’ve expanded into data science and engineering, working hands-on with data pipelines, model experimentation, and implementation. This step has enabled me to not only define product direction but also measure, improve, and scale solutions with data. Looking forward, I aspire to keep building at the intersection of business insight, product strategy, and technical execution. My goal is to grow into a role where I can architect and lead AI-driven products end-to-end — from understanding the market, to defining the product experience, to implementing and scaling the solution.
