I am an aPHR-certified, and driven graduate of North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, paired with a minor in Spanish. I acquired technical skills including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and SQL programming, as well as soft skills such as time-management, organization, and interpersonal communication through professional experiences and coursework during my time at NC State University.    Currently serve as a Compensation Analyst at Advance Auto Parts, a leading automotive aftermarket parts provider, where I am tasked with- Auditing Team Member data in Workday HR information system (HRIS) and collaborating with internal Compensation Consultants and Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) when data correction are needed- Collaborating with HRBPs and other business partners to thoroughly investigate and address bonus-related inquiries with clear communication, data-driven answers, and legal support when needed- Handling sensitive Team Member data with care, discretion, and confidentiality- Ensuring incentive payout administration is compliant with FMLA, FLSA, and other federal and local employment regulations- Maintaining and tracking off-cycle bonus payments and bonus exception requests and payments- Tracking Team Member retention data and ensuring accurate, timely payments are processed through HRIS
