MEETSOHRAB SITARAM Sohrab Sitaram is an Entrepreneur, Life Skill Coach, Content Creator and a Mentor. Currently he is also co-founder and director of Keventers, one of the most recognized names in hospitality across India and the Middle East. He has been instrumental in growing Keventers to 375 + outlets within a span of 4 years and thus re-establishing Keventer’s as an iconic milkshake brand. With outlets across India, he has now taken the brand international to cities like - Dubai, Nairobi and Kathmandu with London, Singapore, and Saudi Arabia on the cards. An industry veteran with a career spanning over 25 years, Sohrab has carved a niche for himself by specialising in pioneering out of the box start-up concepts over the years. With his wealth of experience and diverse interests that extend beyond F&B he has been a speaker at numerous events including several TEDx talks. An alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Hotel Management, Aurangabad, he spent a large part of his career with The Taj Group of hotels before moving on to setup many award-winning restaurants and bars across India. An innovator at heart, he brings in a wealth of expertise having established restaurants across the country like Shalom, Tabula Rasa, Chi Kitchen and Bar, No Escape and Laid Back Waters to name a few. At leisure Sohrab Sitaram is an avid traveller, springboard diver, golf enthusiast, and keyboardist in a blues band. He has been the brand ambassador of the prestigious Thomas Cook golf league. Sohrab was also part of the Indian army start-up ‘Operation Sadbhavna’, undertaken to foster the spirit of entrepreneurship amongst the youth of Jammu and Kashmir.
