Effective management of RAIDS items at cross project level ensuring decision making and steering.Key achievements so far:Significant clarity on the size and magnitude of challenges and effective escalation and resolution of key impediments. Led and implemented a fortnightly release process aligned with the end of each sprint, replacing the previous quarterly release cycle. This change improved delivery speed, enhanced feedback loops and ensured more frequent value delivery to stakeholders.Leading multiple teams in adaptation of organisational level Agile Transformation programme.Improved refinement processes by arranging workshops on User Story writing best practices, Definition of ready and relative estimation.
