My role involves conducting initial assessments of submitted manuscripts to ensure they fit the journals\' scope and quality standards, selecting and coordinating expert reviewers, evaluating their feedback alongside my own subject matter expertise, and ultimately making or recommending editorial decisions, such as acceptance, rejection or revision.

ABOUT SOHNI ZAHID-SIDDIQUI
Sohni Siddiqui is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Educational Research at Bergische Universität Wuppertal. Her research focuses on addressing issues of antisocial behavior, bullying, and cyberbullying in educational settings, particularly among children with disabilities and those from ethnic minority backgrounds. She has also completed research projects on inclusive education, technology in education, sustainability in higher education, gender discrimination in education and parenting practices with notable success. She has also served as an external reviewer for many reputed international journals. She also completed projects as an Editor at Frontiers and IGI Global. Additionally, she serves as the Managing Director for the \"Sohanjana Antibullying Intervention\" project and worked as a Research Assistant on \"The Brain on Game\" project at SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences.
