   Building QA and automation teams from the ground up, through intern mentorship and direct hire efforts. • Established QA Departments, end-to-end QA Processes, implemented Quality processes and workflows. • Implemented processes to improve the Risk assessment and mitigation by bringing in burn up process for E2E team velocity. Introduced processes to improve the quality of deliverable by implementing Code Coverage for E2E test execution. • Defining test strategy. • Developing the test plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan. • Implementing both black box and white box testing. • Defect Tracing and Management using tools like ALM, JIRA, Rally. • Analysing the BRDs, coming up with all possible scenarios, preparing test suite, and executing them. • Interaction with development team for clarifications and demos. • Authoring automation script using RubyMine, Cucumber, Basic Gherkin, Java, TESTNG, Selenium.
