In my current role, I am entrusted to lead our Implementation services division for Americas region. As a product organization, Zycus leads its industry peers with cutting edge, advanced AI based supply chain solutions in the Procurement space. I lead a team of dynamic, experienced delivery heads entrusted with multiple programs delivering for customers across all industries in the US region. Agility, innovation and customer focus are the key pillars for driving transformative digital supply chain and cognitive solutions bringing value based outcomes!Before Zycus, at the forefront of Sony Pictures Networks India\'s enterprise IT applications, my leadership was pivotal in steering digital transformation and operational excellence. With a proven track record in managing stakeholder expectations, my tenure was defined by successfully deploying SAP S/4HANA, along with integration and improvements in SuccessFactors, BPC, Ariba, VIM, aligned with strategic business objectives. I led the legacy migration of Distribution business solution into a greenfield mini- ERP application on OutSystems (low code no code) platform, as well as integrating it with SAP S/4HANA.Previously, as the Delivery Head of SAP Practice at Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd, I led a portfolio encompassing 35+ global customers, fostering profitable growth and overseeing multiple SAP S/4HANA projects. My team\'s dedication to governance, robust solutioning and customer centricity facilitated successful cloud migrations across major platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP, while establishing shared service models to enhance productivity and best practice proliferation.In all, through my 26 years of experience, I have been on the forefront of IT.
