Support the General Manager in preparation of vessel’s budgets by analyzing crewing budget andexpenditure reports.4. Maintain accurate information in Crewing software, ensure the skill alignment of seafarers as pervessel’s needs.5. Manage crewing operation within approved budget, monitor the retention and effective rotationof seafarers.6. Review wage scales, monthly budget compliance and document.7. Brief seafarers on vessel specific and policy matters prior joining the vessel.8. Oversee the handling of grievance investigations and disciplinary matters to ensure alignment andorganizational guideline.9. Manage Crewing issues arising from seafarers, ensure the issues are resolved timely whileproviding support.10. Implementing manning decisions made by the Top Management.Monitoring available ex‐crew and schedule deployment, anticipating future Company’s needs forrecruitment.
