ABOUT SOHEIL J KHAN
Called to the Bar in the easter term of 2007 by the Honourable Society of Lincoln\'s Inn, I almost immediately commenced pupillage at a common law set in the Inn and built up a common law practice including crime, immigration, P.I. and chancery work.My move to Leeds meant a focus on crime, P.I. and immigration work.I now practice almost solely in crime. Appointed a grade 4 prosecutor at just 8 years\' call, I am also approved to prosecute cases involving rape and serious sexual offences. My defence practice is centred around serious crime, often involving \'honour\' motives, as well as other homicide, serious sexual offences, serious violence, child abuse, terrorism and fraud.I have been instructed and successfully acted as leading junior counsel in several cases.I undertake work nationwide and practice from chambers in London and Leeds.I am a CPS External Advocacy Assessor and pupil supervisor.
