Bell Mobility wireless network is the emerging and future end-to-end road map for designing, building and operating nation’s largest & fastest wireless networkMy role:• Reporting to National Director, Wireless Construction and real state in Bell Mobility• Leading a team consisting of 15 project managers and construction managers within the Central and Western Canada region (Ontario to British Columbia including Alberta, Manitoba, North West Territories and Yukon)• Delivering over projects/$500M capital deployment of Wireless access annually• Lead construction of Land Mobile Radio Network (LMRN) first responders for the Government of Ontario across Ontario Region including 500+ site builds • Leading construction of 5G Wireless Access network in North/East Ontario and Manitoba including 400+ site builds annually • Addressing site outages/operation emergencies for all facilities across Region (24x7x365 operation)• Leading construction of WTTp (Wireless To The premises) in Ontario and Manitoba to provide broadband network to rural communities • Ensuring the delivery of site build and maintenance within the region from initial engineering and design through to optimization of site in service; infrastructure installation• Managing 50+ external vendors (suppliers of equipment and services)• Delivering on KPI’s with respect to overall network performance• Leading/Coaching team in process improvement to shift the delivery process from waterfall to iterative (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)• Managing, motivating and leading through agile and cross-functional stakeholders• Participating in national standard and process creation• Supporting co-location groups• Delivering upon the annual budget and controlling expenses• Reviewing/Approving purchase orders and accountable for monthly financial delivery of the cashflow• Identifying opportunities, implementing improved processes and enhancing document control
