My role involves providing both individual and group support, encouraging active participation in classroom activities, and helping students meet daily learning goals.I assist with adapting instructional materials under teacher guidance to meet diverse learning needs, and I promote positive peer interactions and community engagement. Additionally, I support the development of students\' independence in essential life skills, provide supervision during school activities and field trips, and ensure safe transitions by escorting students to and from transportation.My responsibilities also include preparing learning environments to ensure accessibility and comfort for all students, creating a supportive atmosphere where every student can thrive.
