As a UX researcher with a background in cognitive psychology, I help my stakeholders make better decisions through cultivating a deep and practical understanding of the people – the human beings – who will ultimately use the things we build.My daily aim is simple: to apply my experience and skills to the process of creating products and services that people can use without friction. Of course, making that happen is not always straightforward. But I deeply enjoy working through those layers and complexities to arrive at evidence-based solutions.
