In addition to my technical work (Senior Climate Risk and Resilience Consultant), I now support the Environmental Services Canadian Climate Risk, Resilience and Sustainability team in making sure that we are growing in the right direction. I do this by identifying gaps in resources and helping to fill them, conducting strategic planning exercises, and making sure we have processes in place for onboarding, mentoring and quality review, as well as reporting to and from Stantec’s other climate related initiatives, groups and business lines.
