ABOUT SOHAN SALDANHA
As a recent graduate in mechatronics engineering from THWS, I have a strong interest in emerging technologies and innovation. I have gained experience in working with ROS and Unity, evaluating LiDAR-based algorithms, and restructuring the lab course for automated systems and human-machine interaction as part of my thesis and laboratory assistant roles. I also enjoy programming in Python and C++, and I have applied my skills as a programming tutor at THWS, where I mentored students and facilitated their understanding of programming concepts. I have completed multiple online courses and certifications on topics such as Android app development and soccer robotics, and I regularly read research articles on self-driving cars, mathematical models, and data science. My goal is to pursue a career in software engineering or data science, where I can contribute to solving challenging problems and creating value with technology.
