My responsibilities and contributions included: • Defining Project Scope and the layout of the project plan. Updating all the stakeholders on project status and sharing the issues/risks/actions involved proactively along with the mitigation plan • Performed Toll gate reviews, including preparation of documentation and supports • Managing recruitment activities for projects • Managing the enablement of new hires on pre-process training and Technology access • Coordinating with all stakeholders for Training plan, Ramp up plan, IT requirements, SOP/DTPs updation and hyper care plan. • Conducting daily/ weekly calls with all stakeholders for Project status/risk/open items. • Achievements: • Successfully supported the transition of: A multi-geographic F&A transition of ~80 FTEs for a multi-national Cement manufacturing company A multi-geographic F&A transition of 80 FTEs for an international Cosmetics giant Currently supporting a ramp of F&A processes which includes increased scope and countries for an International cosmetics Giant • Reporting on project status to Internal and Client Leadership • Enabling Logistics to support Knowledge Transfer • Received appreciation from all stakeholders including client for various responsibilities handled by me.
