Perform reconciliation between the Inventory Stock Ledger and General Ledger.*Conduct quarterly PPT reviews with a view to assess which raw material cost requires updating on (ERP)*Perform analysis for estimated cost of components to actual cost, Review cost reports, gross margin reporting and variance analysis.*Inventory receipt tracking and analysis *Review and analyse documents received from external departments for Duties, Freight, Finished Goods, and Miscellaneous invoices *Monitor inventory and prepare inventory ageing reporting.*Provide ad hoc analysis *Perform accounting for the company\'s Cost of Goods with a focus on Inventory on hand, Inventory reserves, sensitive inventory movements and associated inventory variances.*Participate in the development of internal controls, continuous process improvements *Partner with team to deliver accurate and timely actual costs data on all requests from customers both internal and external *Inventory Transactions: Handle transfers, adjustments, scrap entries, and cycle counts.*Inventory Valuation: negative inventory, and expiry items.*Scrap and Consumption Analysis: Generate reports, provisions, and recurring entries for scrap *Reconciliation: Monthly Reconciliation, Reclassify entries and manage documentation.*Audit & Year-End Reconciliation: Execute adjustments and ensure accurate inventory reports.
