Working on India\'s first Bullet train project MAHSROrganisation: TCAP Client: National High-Speed Railway Corporation (NHSRCL)Contractor: Larsen and Toubro (L&T) Responsibilities:1.Longest River Bridge of Indian 1st Bullet train project 2.3km length of Marine Bridge over Vaitarna river 59 Piers,(pile Foundations 630Nos. upto 50 m depth) & Marine Structures, Fabrication, Gantry launching & erection of TAB (Temporary access Bridge), Initial testing of Piles Compression Test ( Crown method), Pullout Testing, CHSL as per JGS and IS standards. Developing & executing initial infrastructure for the project, monitoring progress.3. Elevated line of around 20 km viaduct including 1 Sub maintenance depot, Casting yard (FSLM),2 nos. BP ( Batching Plants 30cum, 90cum commissioning)4. Construction of Mountain Tunnel MT-05 Length= 1.4 KM NATM5. RFI closure ( Oracle Unifier), project management, construction management,inspection, specification consultant, quality standards,execution, design and drawings reviews,BBS, contractor billing.6. MS (method statements) Reviews,Drawings & design reviews.Implementation of SOP\'s,ITP,QMS,Specification consultant, execution, project management.7. Site office construction at site, TSS-3 Traction Sub Station( Civil & Earth structures). GAD-08 Shinso Pile.
