ABOUT SOHAN SHAH
Sohan is an M3 at Sidney Kimmel Medical College. He holds a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience from Johns Hopkins University. He currently serves as one of the Jefferson Urology summer research students and his work ranges from basic science research examining ED implants to improving urologic opioid stewardship practices. Previously, Sohan spent his undergrad conducting research in both Witham Spinal Fusion Lab in the Department of Neurosurgery and in the Lauer Lab in the Department of Otolaryngology at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He also co-founded the International Youth Neuroscience Association, an organization currently represented in over 100 countries with the goal of increasing neuroscience exposure to high school students.
