I\'m interested in all things neuroscience, AI, research, and solving problems.Biomedical Engineering junior interested in the intersection of neuroscience and machine learning.I work primarily in Connectomics and ML, and am interested in building computational tools to study how neural circuits and models represent and transform information.Broad interests in bioinformatics, functional imaging, and neural population analysis.Outside of research, I work as a Resident Assistant and co-founder of a student-led STEM research community.

Auditory Development and Connectomics Laboratory-Co-developed an automated neuron segmentation software using the Segment Anything 2 model (by Meta), increasing segmentation efficiency by 150%, and reducing manual annotation time by 70%-Worked with Napari, PyQt, Zarr, Dask, MRC files, Imagemagick, VAST (Volume Annotation and Segmentation Tool), and bash scripting-Applied imaging and deep learning techniques to analyze and segment Electron Microscopy (EM) neuronal image volumes-Guided undergraduate students on lab tasks and project contributions.
