Hi, Thanks for stopping by! Here is a short professional introduction about me-I am currently working as a Principal Product Manager (Associate Director) in the Corporate Team at Dr.Reddy\'s. My work revolves around driving strategic business transformation and process excellence projects with digital as a key lever of change. I am a part of a high performing team mandated to accelerate Dr.Reddy\'s growth and make it future ready. In my current role, I lead strategic initiatives, business excellence and digital transformation for the Global Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain organisation.At Dr.Reddys, I have led challenging projects such as the Sputnik Vaccine pan-India roll out, Supply Chain led Integrated Business Planning (Kinaxis), Transportation Management System, Logistics Digital Transformation (GoComet), Digital Twin(Revenue & Capacity), Inventory Optimization, to name a few. I am currently leading one of India\'s biggest Source to Pay Digital Transformation programs at Dr. Reddy\'s. Some of the SaaS platforms I have implemented -Kinaxis Maestro, ARIBA (SAP Business Network), Go-Comet Logistics, SAP TMS, Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).In the past, I helped an early stage ed-tech start-up (Avanti) launch in key growth markets. I led Sales and Marketing for Maharashtra and Goa.I have completed my MBA (PGDIM) from IIM Mumbai (Director\'s award) and have earned my bachelors degree in Chemical Technology(B.Tech) from the Institute of Chemical Technology. I led the student council of ICT Mumbai in the capacity of a General Secretary.I am really passionate on business strategy, digital transformation, business process design, product management and business expansion.My personal interests include meditation, yoga and playing musical instruments- i play the western piano, tabla, ukulele and many more percussion instruments that come my way. In this role-I lead the corporate strategy for enterprise processes such as Source to Procure to Pay, Partner Engagements for the global Dr.Reddy’s group which includes all their entities and subsidiaries-I also head the Global Logistics Digital Transformation Centre for Dr.ReddysTransforming tough and complex corporate processes across the enterprise. Or rather right at the centre to see strategy and execution marry!Got promoted to this role of a Principal/Group Product Manager (Associate Director) in June 2025.
