I am Soham, a graduate of Business Management from Xavier Institute of Management University Bhubaneswar. Solving and analysing business case studies is my passion and I take tremendous interest in pursuing key-academic projects in the domain of marketing. At the university level, I took the initiative to establish the UG-Career Advisory Services, School of Commerce (Student Placement Cell) and am currently serving as the founding student coordinator. Leading a team of 20+ individuals, I have successfully on-boarded top reputed organisations like Starbucks, Deloitte, HDFC Bank, etc for campus recruitment drives and conducted several capacity building sessions for 750+ students. I have also served as the undergraduate coordinator of the International Relations Committee at my university helping students pursue international summer/winter school and study abroad opportunities. Having interned with esteemed organisations like Tata Starbucks, Havells and the Normet Group, I consider myself to be an individual with strong professional acumen.
