I shape frameworks that transform how fleets adopt and finance assets at scale.Before this, I architected go-to-market and strategic alliances at Powerbot EVTrans and Powerbot, building OEM partnerships with Kalyani Powertrain, Ashok Leyland, Switch Mobility, and charging-infrastructure coalitions (ChargeZone, StatiQ, ABB).
