Providing support to field construction operations by developing CPM schedules in collaboration with jobsite personnel and assisting with major changes during updates.• Traveling periodically to jobsite locations for schedule development, and modifications using Primavera P6.• Developing project schedules in P6, identifying necessary activities, and managing information integration from engineers, subcontractors, and owners to create an integrated master schedule.• Identifying critical paths and conducting critical float path analysis while creating visual graphics, including Gantt charts and time-scaled logic diagrams.• Establishing a performance management system using baseline information and collaborating with project management team to set goals, objectives, and success factors.• Assessing progress measurement, developing/updating progress curves, and conducting project performance analysis, including earned value assessments.• Collecting construction physical progress data (Submittals, RFI\'s, PCO\'s) and maintaining CPM schedules, incorporating cost/resource loading, and reviewing float paths for progress report packages.• Creating and commenting on Monthly Schedule Narrative Reports for DOT projects and incorporating payment requisition information into the Primavera P6 schedule.• Facilitating ongoing schedule updates, developing change management schedule subnet for \'what if\' schedule scenario.• Preparing management reports, lookahead schedules, and leading meetings and discussions related to weekly schedule update.• Pricing the CO\'s, drafting and transmitting the CO letter to the owner with necessary markups.• Logging the CO data in JD Edwards and updating them based on the latest owner/ subcon changes.Projects-• NOAA OMAO Ship & Support Facility Relocation, Newport, RI -$150M• RIDOT- I-95/ Rt. 10 Corridor, Providence, RI -$700M• HARVARD - North Allston Storm Drain Extension Project, Cambridge, MA -$3M
