Overseeing the PMO on three consecutive major Oracle Cerner EPR transformations (~£30m+) Programme covering both London North West and The Hillingdon Hospitals. The Programme successfully merged two trusts onto a single Domain.• Working directly with the Programme Lead to facilitate a very complex parallel double migration by implementing robust progress tracking in all areas of the programme which fostered reliable and frequent decision-making analytics and insights • Managing a team of 4 PMOs/Analysts to facilitate the delivery of a 21 Workstream transformation• Developed a lean, data-driven and automated PMO covering highly complex updates from a variety of sources• Utilising a tech stack of Excel, VBA, Power BI, SQL Server, Power Apps, SharePoint and MS Teams for building and distribution of a multitude of reports, dashboards and ad hoc updates for stakeholders ranging from PM’s to Senior executives• Working closely with the Programme Manager on all aspects of Planning/RAID• Working in a change resistance environment, coaching PM’s and SMEs through conflict
