   Supporting change management activities for Momentum implementation at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ Hospital Administration (VHA). Working directly with senior business leaders to establish strategy and scope of change management activities across a program of 500 cross-functional personnel. Partnering with functional teams to gather requirements during business process validation sessions and conducted gap and impact assessment(s) to focus on effective stakeholder engagement and change adoption for end users. Independently developed and executed a new process to move testing earlier in the project lifecycle, which improved the speed of adoption and quality of training material. As Deputy Lead for the CGI Federal Change Management Community of Practice, independently coordinated bi-monthly speaker series, curated topics and trends, and grew attendees from 20 initial participants to over 200 within 18 months. Coached junior practitioners by actively mentoring new hires and junior staff to develop professional skills and better understand the role change management plays in federal business.
