In a mix of 2 roles, I am a Techno-functional expert in the process of automating the sales comp calculation for Accenture’s sales force. That includes vendor reviews, SaaS tool selection, working with Global Legal teams, project planning, managing the UAT, integration of the tool within the broader TR and Accenture solution footprints, and managing the daily administration of the tool, including future enhancements. Working with various team to ensure that clean data is received timely, processed, and expected results are produced. Serving as a consultant to the Sales Operations team to guide them through various changes to the plan design and system processes. In the other role, working on other Comp project such as working on standardizing and centralizing the global non-standard bonus programs that are being design/managed/run by local teams of each country, Total Comp Statement enhancements, and providing support during the Comp Admin cycle etc.
