The project involves setting up of a Greenfield 9 MMTPA refinery cum Petro chemical complex equipped with latest sophisticated technologies and Nelson index of 17 at Balotra district of Rajasthan, India. Currently working as a project engineer in Residual utilities & offsite area (RU & O) unit of complex looking after various contracts from client side as described below:Major activities: Handled various contracts to ensure & achieve pipe fabrication (> 3 Lakh ID) and pipe erection (> 20 lakh IM), installation of CW, DW, FW pumps & their alignment, Installation of KOD, CBD & ABD (UG vessels), Packages like Vapour recovery unit, Butadiene Chilling Package at site. Co-ordinating with different disciplines, PMC, EPC/LSTK units to ensure work front availability & hindrance resolution Verify the certification of measurement in RA bills at site Witness / Verify the various NDT test like PMI, RT, UT, DPT, MPT, SR/PWHT activities as per QAP & job specification Witness / verify Mechanical completion, hydrotest, Format checking of system as per scope of work MIS preparation, progress tracking, reporting area of concern to management Ensuring installation of Insulation & EHT at pipelines as per job specifications Ensuring surface preparation & application of painting & stencilling, DFT checking as per job specification Review of WPS/PQR, PWHT/SR, PMI procedures and witnessing & ensuring execution of job with strict adherence Carried out pre-commissioning activities of CDU related lines includes card board blasting, O2 testing, N2 purging, etc. with Scaffolding, valve dropping, with supervising contractors’ manpower Assisted operation team to carry out passivation of Cooling water system viz mesh & strainer cleaning, pump readiness, commission of CT make up network in offsite area Carried out MRT of fire water, cooling water & CT make up water pumps with rotary engineer & vendor, vibration, temperature reading taken & recorded
