Hi there! My name is Sohail Hussain and I am an experienced Head Pastry Chef with a passion for creating delicious and visually stunning desserts. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, I have worked in some of the most prestigious restaurants and hotels in the UK and around the world where i have honed my skills in a variety of pastry techniques. I have a deep appreciation for the art of pastry and strive to create desserts that not only taste amazing but also look beautiful. My experience in managing pastry teams and collaborating with other chefs has given me the ability to create menus that are both creative and profitable for the business. I am constantly seeking to expand my knowledge and skills through attending culinary conferences and workshops, and am always experimenting with new ingredients and techniques to create unique and memorable desserts. When I\'m not in the kitchen, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring new restaurants and bakeries.
