I am fascinated by the human condition and as a person of faith & conviction, I’ve tailored my work to understanding how trauma (specifically religious/spiritual trauma) take form in the human experience. My commitment to lifelong learning (alongside my extensive professional experience) motivates me to always deliver best practice service(s) from scholarly, science-backed, research-based perspectives. Hence, I’ve received accreditation from both academic and religious institutions. Currently, I offer 1:1 Mental-Health Coaching Sessions for folks of all ages + socioeconomic backgrounds & I walk alongside my clients as they process, heal and grow into their peace and purpose. I also provide workshops and webinars regarding psychosocial wellness for academic institutions, corporations, not-for-profit organizations and service providers.
