ABOUT SOFYA OLENICHEVA
Passionate about the environment, forward-thinking policy, and the intersection of the two. I hold a a double-major in Public Policy and Global Studies, with a concentration in Environments & Sustainability from the University of Virginia. Throughout my time at UVA, I served as a Research Assistant for a professor of public policy, developed a local climate action network as a member of the Community Climate Collaborative, and worked as a policy analyst for the State of Rhode Island\'s Office of Regulatory Reform. Since December 2020, I have worked as a Policy Advisor for the Zero Emission Transportation Association.
