ABOUT CALLUM P ONEILL

Callum is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and has an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School, where he graduated with distinction. He specialises in workplace, team, systemic, and cross-cultural coaching. Currently in training to become a BPS Registered Chartered Psychologist, Callum has an impressive (and curious) background of 14 years experience in retail banking and corporate finance, juxtaposed with 15 years as an actor, writer, and voice artist. As the founder of TACT, Callum is passionate about helping individuals and teams develop the tactical and tactful skills required for effective leadership, including building and leading high-performing teams. His extensive experience in business, performing arts, and psychology enables him to bring a unique perspective to his coaching and leadership development work. Callum also specialises in experiential L&D design and delivery, including personal impact, presentations, storytelling, and soft skills. He utilises the most effective, empirically tested, strategic and behavioural leadership models and coaching approaches to help individuals and teams become high-performing. He encourages his clients to reflect on their history, choices, and strengths development, and always supports them to give themselves permission. To earn his accreditation as an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Callum had to achieve the following- Completion of at least 125 hours of coach-specific training that meets ICF guidelines for credentialing- Completion of at least 500 hours of client-coaching experience since the start of their coach training- Completion of 10 hours of mentor coaching with an eligible mentor coach- Submission of a completed application for the Professional Certified Coach Credential- Pass both knowledge and performance assessments at the Professional Certified Coach level. STANDARDS ICF Core Competencies The ICF core coaching competencies were developed to support a greater understanding of the skills and approaches used within today’s coaching profession as defined by the International Coach Federation. ICF Code of Ethics The Code of Ethics is designed to provide appropriate guidelines, accountability and enforceable standards of conduct for all ICF Members and ICF Credential-holders, who commit to abiding by the ICF Code of Ethics.
