Currently working within the Senior Operational Management Team for Royal Mail Property & Facilities Solutions Ltd as the Lead for the provision of Multi Hard & Soft Service Solutions at a significant number of Operationally diverse premises - providing guidance, focus & inspiration to my Management Team, ensuring they consistently deliver high quality FM solutions to our business facilities.Previously working as an Operational Director within the Soft Services industry I have progressed through the career ladder from hands on front line employee to Solution Leader within the facilities industry.I have proven experience working in both a “Project” and “Business as Usual” environment. During my career I have successfully restructured and consolidated Customer Master Data for a number of prestige Client accounts. as part of a wider project to consolidate all of the back of house databases into a single solution. A leading member of a Project team responsible for the design and build of a new single solution database that superseded the (39+) legacy systems my previous employer used. Before this I spent two years working in a \"Project\" environment, as a key member of a team of business experts & analysts that successfully implemented SAP systems into my employers Organisation. I have over 35 years experience of Operational Management at various levels within the FM industry, with Full P&L Accountability. I consistently meet client / customer expectations, have excellent communication skills with all levels of staff / clients and am loyal, dedicated and self-motivated. Specialties: Senior Operational Management in the delivery of services within the Facilities Management Industry. as well as excellent working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft / SAP based Software applications.
