ABOUT SOFIO GACHECHILADZE
I build products that scale - across regulated markets, complex platforms, and high-performing teams.At commercetools I lead two product areas: the Frontend product taken from beta to public launch with B2B and B2C launchpads to accelerate customer time-to-value and the Merchant Center business user strategy. I also shape our AI-driven product roadmap. Before that, at Flutter Entertainment I led customer-facing products for Adjarabet the #1 iGaming platform in Armenia and #2 in Georgia - across casino, sports betting, poker, and Adjarapay, our payments product. In 2019 I received the Standing Ovation Award for leading a mobile website UX transformation that significantly boosted engagement across both markets.My roots are in building. Earlier in my career I led a digital agency as CEO, delivering VR, AR, e-commerce and adtech for enterprise clients including Philip Morris International and JTI, and co-founded one of its adtech startups. That founder mindset has stayed with me ever since.Today I shape AI-driven roadmaps and practice what I preach. In my own time I vibe code, build and deploy projects to test ideas fast.
