Manage recruitment fulfilment and service delivery across five councils in the North West/LCR Region, ensuring consistent and effective support.• Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and effectively communicate them to thesupply chain to ensure high-quality candidate submissions.• Host regular meetings with hiring managers to discuss role fulfilment and recruitment progress.• Maintain strong knowledge of frameworks, compliance requirements, and industry standards.• Provide solutions for hard-to-fill roles, using a problem-solving approach to meet customer needs.• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure efficient turnaround times forvacancies.• Collaborate with managers to meet staffing requirements within agreed SLA timelines.• Support the reduction of off-contract spend by ensuring vacancies are fulfilled through Matrix, deliveringcost savings for clients.• Ensure all vacancy details are accurate and detailed to attract suitable candidates.• Oversee timesheet submissions and approvals, resolving any queries promptly.• Attend weekly and monthly customer meetings to provide operational updates and performanceoverviews.• Deliver training and support to customers, ensuring effective use of Matrix technology.• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.• Ensure 100% compliance of all candidates by verifying documentation and eligibility.• Monitor and achieve performance targets, working with Business Managers to meet commercialobjectives and highlighting any anomalies.• Consistently deliver world-class service, achieving high customer satisfaction scores and actioningfeedback where needed.
