In this role, as a Hand Hygiene Auditor, I contribute to University Health Network\'s Quality Improvement Initiative of improved Hand Hygiene compliance. On a routine basis, my responsibility is to observe and audit staff with regards to hand hygiene compliance based on the Ministry of Health’s “4 Moments of Hand Hygiene.”Key responsibilities: Performing audits of compliance for hand hygiene and routine practices in patients units. Working with audit tools to gather information on compliance to IPAC policies. Organizing and submitting data to IPAC.
