I am a Construction Assistant Project Manager with over 8 years of experience in managing a variety of construction teams, involved in all facets of building construction. In high school, I discovered my passion for solving problems relating to mathematics, physics, and especially algorithms. When I started working in construction after graduating from university, I found out that solving problems is part of the daily routine of a construction coordinator. I like working in a dynamic environment where I can motivate my team to achieve specific goals (meet deadlines) and create an atmosphere full of team spirit and mutual respect. Due to my strong interpersonal and communications skills, I have been consistently promoted in my career to more challenging management roles, which always pushed me to keep improving my skills.
