My job is to attract and engage candidates through a variety of channels, including inbound applications, internal applications, referrals, and outbound sourcing efforts.My job also involves conducting in-depth assessments of candidates from all sources, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while identifying and delivering top-quality talent for Salesforce.Additionally, my role includes building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates to create pipelines for both immediate and future opportunities. I enrich our talent pools within the CRM, enabling effective nurturing and seamless matching of top talent to our open roles.Once candidates are fully assessed and qualified, I present them to my Recruiting counterparts, whose job is to match them to suitable positions, provide coaching, advocate on their behalf, and support the conversion process.
